in Genoa since 1933
The history ofEnoteca Bottigliera Pesce in Sottoripa is nearly a century old.
Its beginning, in 1933,originated from the lower Piedmont; then, passion, throughout all this time, has allowed it to arrive at today, led by the simplicity of wine; with Luna, thecurrent hostess, welcoming along with her vital young staff, friendly customers.

the connection to place
The pairing of Enoteca Bottiglieria Pesce and Sottoripa has become increasingly inseparable over time, with Sottoripa’s arcades the oldest known public arcades in Italy. Begun around 1100, they represented the spaces needed for the port’s trades, housing stores, workshops and warehouses in which goods just unloaded from ships or waiting to be shipped were crammed.
